How to control swine flu?Method 1:At night have a one tea spoon of turmeric powder with hot milk it will increase your immunity.
Method 2:• Take 60 basil leaves (tulsi leaves)
• Take 10 balls of peper nigram
• Take 60 leaves of Aegle marmelos
• Take 4 litres of water in utensil.
• Put all above things mentioned in step 1, 2 & 3 in water and boil it for 30-40 mts.
• Now get it filtered using sieve and store it and drink it one cup to half glass 2-3 times a day
